摘要
竖式冷却回收烧结矿显热是烧结余热资源高效回收利用的一项新技术,梅钢从环保和节能两方面考虑选择了该技术对其烧结余热进行回收利用。本文介绍了竖冷炉工艺的生产能力、工艺流程和气固换热前后的设计指标,并使用数值模拟和热量衡算对炉型选择和风量选择等设计方案进行了前期计算,同时描述了竖冷炉工艺的调试结果和存在的问题,以供同行借鉴与参考。
The process to recycle sensible heat of sinter using vertical furnace is a new technology for the efficient recovery and utilization of waste heat resources in the sintering process. Considering environmental protection and energy conservation,the vertical cooling sintering process was introduced into Meisteel. In this paper,the vertical furnace production capacity,process flow and design indexes before and after heat exchange of gas-solid were introduced,and the furnace type selection and air volume design were calculated through the numerical simulation and the heat balance in the preliminary stage,at the same time,the debugging results and existing problems of the vertical cooling furnace process were described,which provides reference for the same industry.
