摘要
以常规稻中早39和杂交稻Ⅱ优838的商品种子为供试材料,进行了不同分选方式对水稻种子活力的影响研究,旨在通过分选提高水稻种子活力,为水稻精量播种技术提供高活力种子。结果表明,与未经分选的对照相比,单一分选方式的比重≥1.2(比重分选)的种子活力显著提高,重力分选的Ⅲ级种子活力显著提高,色选(前、后反光板参数根据水稻品种调试好,打黑参数245)后种子的活力显著提高且高活力种子比例大。复合分选方式的比重分选+色选、重力分选+色选都可以显著提高种子活力,其中比重≥1.2的比重分选+色选(前、后反光板参数根据水稻品种调试好,打黑参数240)的种子活力在所有分选方式中最高。因此,采用适宜的分选方式,能显著提高水稻种子活力。
To improve the viability of rice seed by sorting and provide high-vigor seed for rice precision sowing technology, using two rice varieties(including an inbred line variety, Zhongzao39 and a hybrid rice variety, Ⅱ You 838) as the materials, the effects of different sorting methods were studied on the seed vigor of rice. The results showed that, compared with the control(without sorting), the single sorting methods including the specific gravity sorting with a specific gravity ≥1.2(BZ4), the gravity separation with Gravity selection Ⅲ(Z3) and the color selection with the darkening parameter of 245 and variety-based debugged reflector parameters(S4) significantly increased the seed vigor and the proportion of the seed with high vigor. The compound sorting methods including the color selection + specific gravity sorting and the color selection + gravity separation also significantly increased the seed vigor. Among all of the sorting methods, the compound sorting method with the specific gravity sorting BZ4(a specific gravity≥1.2) + the color selection S3(the darkening parameter of 240 and variety-based debugged reflector parameters) had the highest seed vigor. Therefore, rice seed vigor can be significantly improved by use of appropriate seed sorting methods.
