摘要
文章研究了以原花青素(莲原花青素和原花青素B_2)为研究对象,合成了莲原花青素与金属离子(Fe^(3+),Fe^(2+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+),Ca^(2+),Mn^(2+),Cu^(2+))的配合物,并对莲原花青素与金属离子的配合物进行了紫外光谱和红外光谱的结构表征。结果表明:莲原花青素与金属离子的配合基团可能为A环或B环上的酚羟基。此外,采用ESI-MS分析了原花青素B_2与Fe^(3+)作用后的产物,并对其与金属离子配合后,清除DPPH自由基的能力进行了探究。结果表明:原花青素二聚体B_2与Fe^(3+)配合有3种形式,其配合比分别是1∶1,2∶1和3∶1。当原花青素B_2/Fe^(3+)为2∶1(mol/mol)时,清除DPPH自由基的能力最强。
Procyanidins have been investigated in this paper,synthetize the lotus seedpod(LSPC)and metal ions(Fe^(3+),Fe^(2+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+),Ca^(2+),Mn^(2+),Cu^(2+))chelates of procyanidin,and characterize the chelates by ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum.The results show that the chelate group LSPC with metal ions is the phenolic group on A ring or B ring.Meanwhile,analyze the procyanidins dimers B2 and Fe^(3+)byproducts.Compare the ability of the chelation to clear DPPH free radical.The results show that procyanidins dimers B2 and Fe^(3+)chelating have three forms,the chelating rate is 1∶1,2∶1 and3∶1 respectively.When procyanidins B2/Fe^(3+)is 2∶1(mol/mol),the ability of the chelation to clear DPPH free radical is the strongest.
