摘要
植物胚后发育中新器官的形成受细胞分裂和分化的严格调控,植物RBR(RB-Related)是人类神经胶质瘤易感蛋白(RB)的同源蛋白,它作为细胞增殖的负调控因子,已被证明广泛参与一系列植物生长发育的调控过程。为深入了解其作用机理,笔者归纳了不同植物中RBR蛋白的表达调控特征;综述了拟南芥RBR1参与调节细胞周期和生长发育过程的作用机制研究进展;提出了RBR1以蛋白质相互作用为主要调控方式的调控网络,并分析了今后有待阐明的问题和研究方向,以期为RBR相关的研究提供参考。
Formation of plant new organs must be tightly controlled by cell division and differentiation duringpost-embryonic development.Retinoblastoma-Related(RBR) proteins are plant homolog of the human tumorsuppressor Retinoblastoma(RB) protein.As a negative regulator of cell proliferation,it has been proved thatRBR is involved in a wide range of plant growth and development processes.In order to gain insight into themechanism of action of RBR,the authors summarized the characteristics of expression and regulation of RBRin different plants,and reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of RBR1 involved in regulating cellcycle and growth and development of Arabidopsis.The authors propose a regulatory network of RBR1 in whichprotein-protein interaction is mainly regulatory manner.Furthermore,the authors put forward some questionsto be answered in the future and provide some valuable information for the continuous research of RBR inplants.
