摘要
为进一步了解辣椒种质资源的遗传多样性,利用基于辣椒全基因组编码区序列设计的152对SSR标记引物,对4份不同辣椒资源材料的152对SSR引物进行筛选,从中筛选出条带清晰、稳定性好的14对SSR多态性引物。并利用其对26份辣椒种质资源进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:14对SSR引物共扩增出39个多态性条带,平均每对引物扩增出2.79个位点,说明SSR引物在辣椒遗传分析中具有较高的实用性。利用Phylip软件将26份辣椒资源材料进行聚类分析,结果将不同的26份辣椒材料聚为7类,基本与辣椒种类相符。研究为后续辣椒种质资源的研究及合理利用提供了理论依据。
The paper aims to further understand the genetic diversity of pepper germplasm resources.152 pairsof SSR primers were designed based on the whole genome coding region sequence of pepper.4 differentspecies of Capsicum were used to screen 152 pairs of primers,to obtain clear bands,good stability of 14 SSRpolymorphic primers.Then,the 14 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 26 accessions of pepper germplasm resources.The results showed that the 14 pairs of SSR primers amplified 39 polymorphic bands,with an average of 2.79 loci amplified by each pair of primers,which showed that the SSRprimers had higher practicability in the genetic analysis of pepper.Phylip software was used to conduct thecluster analysis of the 26 accessions of pepper germplasm resources,and divided the accessions into sevencategories,and the results were basically consistent with the source of pepper species.This study can lay afoundation for the study and rational utilization of genetic diversity of pepper germplasm resources.
