The characteristics of new urban business complex and its important component shopping mall were introduced. With the analysis of the power supply and distribution system and its load characteristic in shopping mall,the power quality inspection and evaluation method of low voltage distribution system in shopping mall were proposed,and the major contents and factors in its implementation process were especially emphasized. According to project experiences,the simulation of test condition,the selection of detection point,analysis of test data,the detection program and other key elements were focused on.
