微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析探讨微创颅内血肿清除术用于高血压脑出血(HCH)治疗中的效果及对手术时间、出血量、并发症的影响。方法:选取2011年2月至2016年11月开平市中心医院收治的104例高血压脑出血患者临床资料进行分析,将行小骨窗颅内血肿术治疗者设作对照组(52例),行微创颅内血肿清除术者设作观察组(52例),比较两组临床相关指标、炎性指标水平及并发症。结果:观察组出血量与对照组无明显差异,但手术时间、住院时间等临床相关指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白介素–6等炎性指标水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HCH患者经微创颅内血肿清除术治疗后可有效提升疗效,且术后并发症较少。 Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HCH) and its effect on operative time,bleeding volume and complications. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in Kaiping central hospital from February 2011 to November 2016 were analyzed. 52 patients with intracranial hematoma of small bone and window were selected as control group.The hematoma removal surgery were set as a study group(52 cases), then compared the clinical indicators, the level of infl ammatory markers and complications between the two groups. Results The bleeding volume in study group was similar than that in control group,but the clinical indexes such as operation time and hospital stay were better than those in control group(P〈0.05)The levels of IL–6 and other infl ammatory indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The overall incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion HCH patients after minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal therapy could effectively improve the efficacy, and less postoperative complications.
