马齿苋提取物治疗口腔溃疡临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Purslane Extract on Treating Oral Ulcer

目的:观察马齿苋对临床口腔溃疡患者的治疗效果,为证实马齿苋是否具有治疗口腔溃疡作用提供进一步的研究参考依据。方法:选择东莞市常平医院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的口腔溃疡患者72例,随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组给予马齿苋提取物局部涂抹治疗,对照组给予碘甘油涂抹,两组均口服维生素B和维生素C,疗程7 d,观察患者疼痛发作持续时间、红肿消退时间、溃疡消失时间及溃疡复发情况。结果:观察组口腔溃疡愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、红肿消退时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马齿苋提取物对患者口腔溃疡有良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of purslane on patients with oral ulcer,and to provide reference for further research on whether purslane has the effect of treating oral ulcer. Methods Seventy-two patients with oral ulcer admitted to the Changping people＇s Hospital of Dongguan from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group,control group.The experimental group was treated with topical smear of purslane extract,and control group with iodoglycerol,oral vitamin B and vitamin C at the same time for 7 days.The duration of pain episodes,redness and remission,ulcer disappearance time and ulcer recurrence were used to evaluate the clinical effect of purslane extract. Results The ulcer healing time,pain disappearing time and redness and remission time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Purslane extract has exact clinical effect on patients with oral ulcer.
