锁定接骨板与交锁髓内钉技术治疗成人肱骨干骨折的效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析比较锁定接骨板与交锁髓内钉技术治疗成人肱骨干骨折的效果。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年3月遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院收治的80例成人肱骨干骨折患者为主要研究对象,采用随机分配的原则进行分组,每组40例。对照组患者给予交锁髓内钉技术治疗,观察组患者给予锁定接骨板治疗,对两组的治疗效果及治疗安全性进行对比分析。结果:观察组的治疗优良率为95.0%,对照组的治疗优良率为92.50%,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,治疗后肩关节功能评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为2.50%,对照组的并发症发生率为15.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的再手术率明显低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在成人肱骨干骨折的临床治疗上,锁定接骨板与交锁髓内钉均可获得理想的治疗效果。但锁定接骨板的术后恢复时间相对较短,并发症发生率低,再手术率低,治疗安全性更高。
