摘要
为找出引信机械零部件质量分布特性规律,提高引信产品工程设计质量、安全性和可靠性,以某型21种零件的大批量生产的小口径炮弹机械触发引信为例,对生产线上的机械零部件样品进行了质量称量,并利用数理统计方法获得了其质量分布特性。其中Log-Logistic、Logistic、t location-scale 3种分布的拟合程度最好,有4种零部件不符合Log-Logistic分布、Logistic分布,只有2种零部件不符合t location-scale分布。
To find out the mass distribution regularity of fuzed components to improve the engineering quality,security and reliability of fuzed products. This paper takes the small caliber artillery's fuze for example and uses the method of the mathematical statistics to obtain the mass distributions of the components. Only two components do not obey t location-scale distribution and four of them disobey the distribution of Log-Logistic and Logistic.
