摘要
基于复合材料三维等效弹性常数理论,分别建立了厚复合材料悬臂梁和三点弯曲厚复合材料层合板的等效模型进行数值分析,并和逐层细分模型结果对比,研究了子层对等效模型位移计算误差的影响,分析了等效模型层间应力的计算精度。研究表明,对于子层厚度比<0.2的厚复合材料层合板,采用等效模型进行数值分析,可以得到较高精度的位移-应力分析结果。以等效模型得到的层间应力作为设计约束时,厚复合材料层合板的设计是偏安全的。
In this paper,the equivalent models of thick composite cantilever and thick laminates under three-point-bending are generated based on the theory of three-dimensional effective elastic constants and the models are compared with the models generated by existing modeling method. The influence of sublaminate on the calculation accuracy of equivalent model result is studied and interlaminar stress of the equivalent model is analyzed. The thick laminates with sublaminate-thickness-ratio less than 0.2 can be analyzed using the equivalent model and the result of displacement and stress with high accuracy can be obtained. The thick laminates desigen with the interlaminar stress of equivalent models as the design constraints are more safe.
