摘要
根据现有的齿轮齿面法向接触力计算公式研究了非圆齿轮副运转过程中齿轮齿面接触力的变化规律,运用Matlab和Adams验证非圆齿轮齿面接触力在齿轮运转过程中的变化规律。应用赫兹理论公式及圆柱齿轮的几何关系,推导出一种计算非圆齿轮接触应力的计算公式。将高阶变性椭圆齿轮的三维实体导入Ansys中进行接触应力分析,验证了公式的可行性。
This paper studies the variation law of the gear tooth contact force in the running non-circular gears,according to the existing gear tooth surface contact force formula and uses Matlab and Adams to verify its variation. Then,the theoretical formula of Hertz and the geometrical relationship of the cylindrical gear are used to derive the formula for calculating the contact stress of noncircular gears and the 3 D entity of the high order and denatured elliptic gears is imported into Ansys to analyze the contact stress and verify the feasibility of the formula.
