摘要
根据两款不同出风口的摊铺机动力舱的三维模型,对舱内外流域进行了简化建模,使用混合网格将计算域离散之后导入CFD求解器中,使用RNG k-ε湍流模型进行仿真计算,得到了速度和压强的分布情况及质量流量数据。研究表明,出风口位于顶部的动力舱比侧面出口的动力舱质量流量减少30%,压强分布变得不均,舱内外气流速度加剧。研究结论可为动力舱出风口的拓扑设计研究提供参考。
Based on the 3 D models of the engine compartments with different air outlet features,their simple models are established and their computational domains are discretized in mixed grids and imported into a CFD solver that RNG k-ε model is used to calculate the flow. Then the contours of velocity and pressure and the data of mass flow rate are obtained. It is concluded that the outlet lying on the left side of the engine compartment is compared with the outlet on its top,its mass flow rate is reduced by 30%,the pressure distribution becomes less even and the velocity of air inside and outside the compartment accelerates. The conclusion can give a reference to the topological design research of the outlet on an engine compartment.
