基于MFC多文档模态参数辨识系统开发

摘要 结构模态参数识别在振动机械分析中起着至关重要的作用。而传统做法是基于实验室在响应和激励已知的情况下识别模态参数。但在现实复杂的工作环境中,激励很难准确测得。运行模态分析方法弥补了这一不足。该方法无需激励响应,只需测得输出响应即可对机械结构参数识别。在MFC多文档多视图环境下,运用频域多参考点主分量分析方法开发了一套全新的机械结构模态参数识别系统,且与商业分析系统对比分析,实验验证了系统的有效性和正确性。 The traditional research on the dynamic characteristics of mechanical structure is mostly based on the laboratory conditions. The modal parameters are also obtained by the frequency response function when the excitation and response can be measured. But in the complex environment,it is difficult to accurately measure the excitations. To solve these problems,this paper uses the operational modal analysis(OMA) to make up for the shortcoming. This method needs no excitation response. The modal parameters can be obtained only when the output response is measured. Based on MFC,this paper develops a new modal parameter identification system by using the improved frequency domain principal component analysis. Compared with commercial software,the effectiveness and correctness of the system are proved.
