一种基于忆阻器的截流型过电流保护电路

摘要 用忆阻器替代传统截流型保护电路的接地端分压电阻,从而更快速地提高保护电路三极管的基极电压,其中忆阻器作为一个二端元件,一端接到三极管基极上,另一端接地。所设计的过流保护电路,能获得更高的阀值,降低电路的灵敏度,防止了电路的误触发,且响应时间更快。 A memristor is used to replace the voltage dividing resistance at the grounding terminal of the traditional current cutoff protective circuit,thus raising faster the base voltage of the audion in the circuit,in which the memristor is used as a two-terminal component,one terminal is connected to the base of audion and the other to ground terminal. The OCP circuit designed in this paper can be used to obtain the higher threshold value,thus reducing the sensitivity of the circuit,preventing its false triggering and improving its response time.
