磷酸镁水泥钢渣透水混凝土试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同粒径的钢渣作为骨料,具有快硬早强的磷酸镁水泥作为胶凝材料制备高强透水混凝土。研究了钢渣骨料粒径大小和成型方式对透水混凝土不同龄期的抗压强度、抗折强度、孔隙率和透水系数的影响。试验研究表明:磷酸镁水泥具有较高的黏结强度,配制的透水混凝土具有较高的早期力学性能和优异的抗折强度。在相同成型条件下,中粒径透水混凝土抗压强度最高且透水系数良好;对比三种成型方式,振动成型透水混凝土力学性能最优。 Steel slag of different particle sizes and magnesium phosphate cement were used to prepare high-strength permeable concrete, and the effect of the size of steel slag aggregate and forming method on compressive strength, flexural strength, porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete at different ages were studied. The results show that the magnesium phosphate cement has high bond strength, and the prepared permeable concrete has high early mechanical properties and excellent flexural strength. Under the same forming conditions, the permeable concrete with medium- diameter slag has the highest compressive strength and good performance of permeability. Compared with the three forming methods, the mechanical properties of vibrating permeable concrete are optimal.
