摘要
为了研究废弃混凝土与废弃砖块再生骨料在轻交通量公路基层中应用的水泥稳定建筑垃圾骨料配合比方案,通过试验初步确定合乎规范的各材料配比,并开展了击实试验、7 d无侧限抗压强度试验,分析其力学性能,确定最终配合比方案。研究结果表明,在轻交通量公路基层中,建筑垃圾再生骨料的应用是可行的;得出了建筑垃圾再生骨料在公路基层中的配合比;建筑垃圾再生骨料最佳含水量为9.8%~18.4%,最大干密度为1.537~2.050 g/cm3,得到了建筑垃圾骨料在轻交通量公路基层中应用达到强度要求的配合比。
In order to study the mixture ratio scheme of waste concrete and waste brick recycled aggregate in light traffic highway base, the proportions of the various materials are preliminarily determined through experiments, and compaction test and 7 d unconfined compressive strength test are carried out. The mechanical properties are analyzed, and the final mix proportion plan is determined. The results show that application of recycled aggregate construction waste is feasible in the light of traffic volume of highway base. Construction waste recycled aggregate with in base of highway is obtained. The optimum moisture content of recycled aggregate is 9.8%-18.4%, the maximum dry density is 1.537-2.050 g/cm^3. The mix ratio of building garbage collection in light traffic road base is obtained.
