摘要
以原料形态为石灰石和卵石的两种机制砂作细骨料,通过配合比设计,研制出了C60、C80、C100机制砂高强混凝土,研究了机制砂原料形态以及不同石粉含量(3%、5%、7%、10%)对高强机制砂混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,机制砂原料形态对高强机制砂混凝土工作性能和抗压强度影响较为显著;石粉含量对高强机制砂混凝土工作性能影响较大,对强度影响较小;石粉含量小于等于7%时,两种原料形态的高强机制砂混凝土均具有良好的工作性能与力学性能,满足结构设计要求,研究结果可为工程实际应用提供参考。
The high-strength manufactured sand concrete with strength grades of C60, C80 and CIO0 are prepared by using concrete mix design methods. Two forms of raw materials,i.e., pebbles and limestone are adopted. Further, the effect of two key factors associated with raw materials of manufactured sands and contents(3%, 5%, 7%, 10%)of stone powder on workability as well as compressive strength of manufactured sand concrete is investigated. The results show that the raw materials of manufactured sands have significant effects on the workability and compressive strength of high-strength concrete. The contents of stone powder have strong effect on the working performance of high-strength manufactured sand concrete, while small effects on its compressive strength. When the content of stone powder is less than or equal to 7%, the high-strength manufactured sand concrete with two kinds of raw materials has good workability and mechanical properties, and can meet the requirements of structural design, The results can provide reference for practical use.
