摘要
在粗骨料(废弃混凝土)取代率为100%的再生混凝土中分别掺加2%、5%和8%的20目、40目和60目橡胶粉,按照相同的水灰比、砂率、强度等级配制了129个胶粉再生混凝土试件进行室内试验。结果表明,抗压强度随橡胶粉掺量的增加及粒径的减小而降低,抗折强度先增加后降低,而抗冲击韧性和抗冻性得到显著改善;再生混凝土中掺加5%的40目橡胶粉其路用性能最优。
2%,5% and 8% of rubber powder with 20mesh,40mesh and 60mesh are respectively added to the recycled concrete with 100% replacement of coarse aggregate, 129 recycled concrete specimens are prepared for laboratory tests by the same water-cement ratio, sand rate and strength grade. The results show that the compressive strength decreases with the increase of mixed quantity and the decrease of the particle size rubber powder. The flexural strength increases first and then decreases, and the impact toughness and freezing resistance are improved significantly. The recycled aggregate concrete can reach the best pavement performance when mixed with 40 mesh, 5% rubber powder by comprehensive consideration.
