职业院校畜牧兽医类专业对接产业需求现状与对策--以浙江省为例

On Current Situation and Countermeasures of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Specialty Docking with Industrial Demand——A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

现代畜牧兽医产业发展需要高素质畜牧兽医类技术技能人才。通过对浙江省224家畜牧兽医类企业和6所开设畜牧医类专业的中高职院校进行调查,在分析技术技能人员现状、未来需求、专业设置的基础上提出对策:设置职业类本科层次畜牧兽医类专业,适应产业转型发展需要;以现代畜牧兽医类产业链为主线向上下游延伸,设置新专业;适度超前与预测评估专业设置;在人才培养过程中融入创新创业教育,提升畜牧兽医类专业吸引力。

The development of modern animal husbandry and veterinary specialty needs the high-quality technical and skilled talents majoring in animal husbandry and veterinary specialties. The investigation on 224 animal husbandry and veterinary enterprises and 6 secondary and higher vocational colleges which has animal husbandry and veterinary specialty was launched. Based on the analysis on the situation and future demand of technical and skilled talent as well as the specialty setting, this thesis put forward to set up undergraduate level of animal husbandry and veterinary specialties to meet the demand of transformation and development of industry, develop appropriately in advance, predict and evaluate the specialty setting, integrate innovative and entrepreneurship education in process of talent cultivation to improve the attractiveness of animal husbandry and veterinary specialties.
