摘要
《悉尼协议》的持续改进理念和要求为高职人才培养质量管理提供了新的思路和范式。高职人才培养质量的持续改进需体现系统性、举证性、及时性和集体性原则。持续改进机制包含了培养目标的PDCA的持续改进循环,毕业要求的PDCA持续改进循环,以及两者的对接关系。通过推进人才培养质量评估内容和过程的标准化、规范化,专业便可循环改进、动态调整人才培养机制,实现质量的持续改进。
The continuous improvement concept and requirement of the Sydney Accord provides a new way of thinking and a paradigm for the quality management of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. The continuous improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education needs to embody the principles of "systematicness", "proof", "timeliness" and "collectivity". The continuous improvement mechanism includes the PDCA continuing improvement cycle of the program educational objectives, the PDCA continuous improvement cycle of graduate outcomes, and the docking relationship between the two. Through the standardization and normalization of the content and process of the quality evaluation of talent cultivation, programs can be improved circularly, and the talent training mechanism can be dynamically adjusted, so as to achieve continuous improvement in quality.
