摘要
目的探讨Fascin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与患者远期预后的关系。方法收集130例乳腺癌术后癌组织标本、40例癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化染色检测两组标本中Fascin蛋白的表达,探讨Fascin蛋白与乳腺癌患者临床病理学特征的关系,并采用多因素分析Fascin蛋白与患者远期预后的关系。结果乳腺癌组织的Fascin蛋白阳性表达率(32.31%)显著高于癌旁组织(1.54%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Fascin蛋白阳性表达与患者的年龄、病灶最大径、组织分化程度、TNM分期无显著相关性(P>0.05);Fascin蛋白阳性表达的乳腺癌患者的3年生存率(67.50%)显著低于阴性表达组(87.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用多因素logistic回归分析,HER-2阳性表达、Fascin蛋白阳性表达、组织低分化、TNM分期增高是乳腺癌患者远期不良预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 Fascin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达,并且与乳腺癌患者不良预后具有密切的关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of Fascin protein in breast cancer and its correlation with long-term prognosis. Methods The expression of Fascin protein in the two groups was in 130 cases of breast cancer tissues and 40 cases of adjacent tissues detected by immunohistochemical staining from January 2011 to June 2014. The correlation of Fascin protein with clinicopathological features of patients with breast cancer patients and long-term prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive expression of Fascin protein in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues( 1. 54%,P〈0. 05). The expression of Fascin protein was significantly correlated with age,lesion diameter,histological differentiation and TNM( P〈0. 05). The 3-year survival rate of Fascin-positive breast cancer patients was significantly lower than that of negative expression group( 87. 65%,P〈0. 05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HER-2 positive expression,positive Fascin expression,poor differentiation and increased TNM staging were independent risk factors for adverse long-term prognosis of breast cancer patients( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Fascin protein is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and closely correlated to the poor prognosis of breast cancer.
