黄陵区块油井热洗效果分析

摘要 随着近几年黄陵区块油井开发时间的延长,地层压力、温度开始下降,油气比、综合含水不断上升,原油含蜡量也开始不断上升,导致黄陵区块油井结蜡越来越严重,所以一直以来,油井的清蜡、防蜡工作始终是油田开发和生产管理的重中之重。针对黄陵区块油井结蜡严重的问题,项目部自主加工了电加热热洗装置,经过近一年的油井热洗,在一定程度上减少了油井结蜡及修井频次,在减少井筒结蜡上取得了较为显著的效果。本文就黄陵区块的热洗工艺进行分析,对其热洗的参数进行评价,找出适合黄陵区块合理的热洗参数。 With the time lasting of oil well development in Huangling block in recent years, the formation pressure and temperature began to decline. The gas-oil ratio and comprehensive water cut increased, and the wax content of crude oil also began to increase continuously, resulting in more and more serious wax deposition in wells of the Huangling block. Therefore, the wax removal and anti-wax operations of oil wells have always been the top priority for oilfield development and production management. In view of the serious problem of wax deposition in the oil wells of the Huangling block, the project department has independently processed the electric heating hot-washing device. After nearly a year of oil well hot-washing, wax deposition in oil wells and well cleanouts frequency have been reduced to a certain extent, and remarkable results have been achieved in reducing wax deposition in oil wells. This paper analyzes the hot-washing process of Huangling block, evaluates the parameters of hot-washing, and finds suitable hot-washing parameters suitable for Huangling block.
