摘要
脉冲纤维加砂压裂技术是近年来出现的新工艺,在国外已开始规模应用并取得了显著的效果。该工艺主要是借助纤维辅助运移实现支撑剂对裂缝的有效支撑及缝内非连续铺置,形成开放稳定的高导流网络通道,从而大幅度提高油气渗流能力。本文以苏里格东区现场试验井为例,从工艺技术原理及增产机理、参数优化、配套设备研发等方面对脉冲纤维加砂压裂工艺进行了研究。现场实施了181:7井44层,成功率为100%。与同区块采用常规压裂工艺改造的井相比,累计增产20%以上。该工艺能够对低渗透油气藏进行有效开发,应用前景广阔。
Pulsed injection of proppant with fiber fracturing technology is a new process that has emerged in recent years. It has begun to be applied on a large scale in foreign countries and has achieved remarkable results. The process mainly uses fiber-assisted migration to achieve effective propping of fissures by the proppant and discontinuous placement within the fissures to form an open and stable high-conductivity network channel, thereby greatly improving the ability of oil and gas percolation. Taking the field test wells in the east Sulige area as examples, this paper studies the pulsed injection of proppant with fiber fracturing technology from the aspects of process technical principle, mechanism of production increase, parameter optimization, and research and development of the supporting equipment. There were 44 layers in the 18 wells being implemented with the technology on site, and the success rate reached 100%. Compared with the wells stimulated by the conventional fracturing teclmology in the same block, the cumulative production increase is more than 20%. The process can be utilized to effectively develop low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs, and has broad application prospects.
