低液量定向井综合提效技术创新与应用

Innovation and application of comprehensive efficiency improvement technique for stripper directional wells

摘要 机采系统作为长庆油田生产的核心业务,近几年耗电、修井费用均超过20亿元,降本增效的潜力巨大,长庆油田将“提高系统效率、降低作业频次”作为油田降本增效的一项重点工作。2016年以来,长庆油田紧密结合生产实际,一方面形成了油井间开的数学模型和优化模板、管杆失效“1234”分析诊断法、组合管柱中和点修正方法等技术集成创新;另外创建了井筒管理微平台监控、“两交叉、三对口、一验证”的监管和井筒预警平台+微降井现场精细管理模式。2016年综合提效技术在油田进行了规模应用,累计节约成本、创造效益超过7000万元,现场应用效果显著。 As the core business of Changqing Oilfield production, the mechanical oil recovery (sucker-rod pumping) system has consumed more than 2 billion CNY in power consumption and workover expenditures in recent years, which has great potential for reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Changqing Oilfield Company regards "improving system efficiency and reducing the frequency of operations" as a key work for reducing the cost and increasing efficiency of the Company. Since 2016, through close integration with production practices, Changqing Oilfield Company has formed on the one hand the technology integration and innovation such as a mathematical model and an optimized template for intermittent production of oil wells, and a "1234" analysis and diagnostic method for the failure of tubing casing and sucker rods, as well as a modified method of neutralization points of combined tubing string. On the other hand, a supervision, wellbore warning platform and micro-desiccant wells fine on-site management mode of wellbore management micro-platform monitoring, "two crossings, three being-geared-to-the-needs, one verification" were created. In 2016, the comprehensive efficiency improvement technology was applied to the Oilfield on a scale, accumulatively saving costs and creating benefits of over 70 million CNY, with a significant on-site application effect.
