再制造是设备维修的升级版，是废旧设备采用先进技术恢复、性能提升、改造升级的产业化，再制造技术在长庆油田的试验和应用正在显现成效，对油气田设备节能降耗、降本增效具有十分重要的意义，再制造必将成为油气田解决设备维护问题、降低新品投资、设备降本增效、延长使用寿命的有效途径。把握再制造的内涵特征与判别标准，将废旧设备管理与先进技术应用相结合，加快设备设施的技术升级改造，开展废旧设备的再制造试验与推广，持续推进油气田设备再制造工作。

Remanufacturing is an upgraded version of equipment maintenance. It is the industrialization of using advanced technologies to restore or upgrade the performance of used equipment, reforming and upgrading. The test and application of remanufacturing technology in Changqing Oilfield are showing signs of success, and it is of great significance to saving energy, reducing consumption, and increasing efficiency of oil and gas field equipment. Remanufacturing will certainly become an effective way for oil and gas fields to solve equipment maintenance problems, reduce investment in new products, reduce equipment costs and increase efficiency, and extend service life. The characteristics of the connotation and discriminating standards of remanufacturing should be grasped, combining waste equipment management with advanced technology applications, so as to accelerate the technological upgrading of equipment and facilities, conduct used equipment＇s remanufacturing trials and promotion, and continuously promote the remanufacturing work of oil and gas field equipment.
