合水油田变频连续输油PID控制效果与参数整定优化研究

摘要 输油泵是合水油田增压站生产运行过程中主要的能耗设备,变频调速节能技术是实现输油系统节能的有效技术途径。将PID闭环控制系统应用于现输油系统,实现变频连续输油,同时经参数整定法得出最优化条件下的各项PID参数值,控制效果明显,大大提高了系统效率,降低了员工的劳动强度,延长了设备的使用寿命。 The oil pump is the main energy-consuming equipment in the production and operation process of the pressurized station in Heshui Oilfield. The technology of energy-saving by frequency-conversion speed-regulation is an effective technical way to realize energy-saving of the oil transportation system. The PID closed-loop control system is applied to the current oil transportation system to realize variable-frequency continuous oil transportation. At the same time, the values of each PID parameter under the optimized conditions are obtained through the parameter setting method. The control effect is obvious, and the system efficiency is greatly improved. The labour intensity of employees is reduced. The operational life span of the equipment is extended.
