摘要
青岛某国际广场采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、承载力突变等多项不规则,属于超限高层结构。本文通过采用YJK和Midas对结构进行小震下的整体性能分析、弹性时程分析以及大震下的Pushover分析,并对斜柱、斜墙对结构的影响进行了研究分析,最后提出相应的抗震措施。研究结果表明,该结构安全可靠,能够满足前期设定的抗震性能目标。
Qingdao international square,for which the frame-shear wall structure system is adopted, belongs to super high-rise structure, and there are multiple irregularities including torsion irregularity, floor slab discontinuity and bearing capacity mutation. The overall performance analysis and the elastic time-history analysis under small earthquakes and the pushover analysis of the structure under the major earthquake are carried out using YJK and Mi- das. In addition to this, the influence of oblique column and inclined wall on the structure is studied and analyzed. Finally, the corresponding seismic measures are put forward. The research results show that the structure is safe and reliable and can meet the seismic performance targets set in the early stage.
