摘要 随着我国建筑行业的快速发展,塑料模板体系因其整体强度高,周转次数多,混凝土成型效果好等优点,得到了广泛应用。本文依照弹性板弯曲基本理论,并结合模块化塑料模板体系的施工过程,对水平结构梁板模板早拆体系使用SAP2000软件进行阶段施工分析。结果表明:早拆体系在楼板四周受结构构件约束的假设条件下,由施工过程造成的影响一般向下传递两层;当楼板上下层立杆分布不对称时,楼板应力应变均达到最大。阶段施工分析所得的应力应变规律符合实际,具有一定的推广意义。 With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, the plastic template system, which has the advantage of high strength, many turnover times and good concrete forming effect, has been widely ap- plied. In this paper, in accordance with the basic theory of elastic plate bending and in combination with the con- struction process of modularized plastic formwork system, the phase construction analysis for the horizontal structure template early demolition system was carried out by the SAP2000 software. The result shows that, in view of the early removing system under the hypothesis conditionof floor slab being constrained by the surrounding structural members, the impact of the construction process generally passes down two layers ; when the vertical poles are distributed asym- metric from lower floor to upper floor, the floor stress and strain reach its maximum. The stress and strain laws ob- tained during the phase construction analysis are in line with reality and have certain promotion significance.
