摘要
既有铁路顶进涵施工时,既有行车未中断,施工单位经验不足,施工安全隐患极大。尤其是在高低温季节,铁路线路极易在钢轨内部温度力的作用下失稳,危及行车安全,因此在铁路线路加固被架空期间,必须改变钢轨受力状况。结合南昆线下穿顶进涵施工经验,阐述了施工安全注意事项,对在施工地段为保持既有线稳定而应设置的两端轨缝大小进行了分析,为下穿既有铁路顶进涵施工提供了依据、经验与借鉴。
During jacking culvert construction of the existing railways, the existing traffic is not stopped, the construction unit is lack of experience, and the potential construction safety hazard is great. Especially in the high and low temperature season, the railway line is easy to lose stability under the action of internal temperature force of steel rails, which endangers traffic safety, therefore during the railway line reinforcement and being placed overhead, the rail stress condition must be changed. In combination with the construction experience of the jacking culvert un- der the Nankun railway line, the relevant construction safety precautions are described, and the setting of rail joints at both ends of the construction section to maintain the stability of the existing line was analyzed, so as to provide the basis, experience and reference for the jacking culvert construction undercrossing the existing railways.
