摘要
以地沟油为基础原料制备了地沟油脂肪酸,经过与羟乙基乙二胺分子间脱水、分子内脱水、季铵化等反应过程,制备了一种新型的基于地沟油的咪唑啉季铵盐。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱对产物季铵盐的结构进行表征,并进一步利用挂片法分别测试产物作为缓蚀剂对Q235碳钢片在酸性介质中的缓释率和腐蚀速度的影响,获得缓释效果。结果表明:在季铵化反应步骤中,适宜的反应时间为5h,经重结晶后收率为82.5%;产物使用量达到50mg/L时对Q235碳钢片表现出明显的缓释抑制效果,缓释率达到91%以上。
A new type of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt based on waste oil was prepared by acidification reaction of waste oil,intermolecular dehydration with hydroxyethylenediamine,intramolecular dehydration and quaternion reaction.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure of quaternary ammonium salt.Moreover,the influence of the product as corrosion inhibitor on slow release rate and corrosion rate to Q235 carbon steel sheet in acidic medium was further tested by hanging piece method,and the sustained release effect was then obtained.The results indicated that the best reaction time was 5 hin the quaternization reaction step and the yield after recrystallization was 82.5%.The product showed excellent corrosion inhibition performance to Q235 carbon steel in the concentration of 50 mg/L,and the corrosion inhibition rate was over 91%.
