The extraction unit for high load operation,equipment failure,corrosion and leakage of tray jam and raffinate and extract the unqualified problem were introduced.A series of measures were adopted,such as：the development of operation and prevention of stripper flash plan,sulfolane protection,and tray jam cleaning etc.
