微合金化高铁含量FeSiBPCu非晶合金的磁性能 被引量:1

Magnetic properties of micro-alloyed FeSiBPCu amorphous alloys with high Fe content

摘要 利用熔体快淬法制备高铁含量的FeSiBPCu非晶合金,研究快速退火处理对其晶化行为和磁性能的影响,利用X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪和透射电镜分别对合金的微观组织和晶体结构进行分析与表征,利用磁滞曲线仪、振动样品磁强计和B-H测试仪等设备测试合金的软磁性能。结果表明:制备的化学组成为Fe(85.3)B(10)P3Si1Cu(0.7)的纳米晶软磁合金表现出优异的综合软磁性能,矫顽力为15 A/m,饱和磁极化强度为1.96 T,其经最佳热处理工艺退火后的微观组织为大小均匀的纳米晶,晶粒尺寸约为20 nm,只有单一的α-Fe相。 FeSiBPCu amorphous alloy ribbons with high Fe content were prepared by strip-casting method,the crystallization behavior and magnetic properties of the alloys before and after rapid annealing process were studied,and microstructure and crystal structure of the alloy were analyzed and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and transmission electron microscopy,respectively. The soft magnetic properties of the alloys were tested by B-H curve tracer,vibrating sample magnetometer and vector impedance analyzer. The results show that the nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy with chemical composition of Fe(85.3)B(10)P3Si1Cu(0.7) exhibits excellent comprehensive soft magnetic properties,the coercivity and the saturation magnetic polarization are 15 A/m and 1.96 T,respectively,and the microstructure of the alloy after annealing by the best heat treatment process is nanocrystalline of uniform size,the grain size is about 20 nm,and there is only a single α-Fe phase.
