2017年FDA共批准了35个新分子实体(new molecular entity,NMEs)和21个新生物制剂(biologic license applications,BLAs),该数字较2016年的22个,增加了155%。按照药物作用分类,抗肿瘤药物17个(30.4%),心血管系统药物4个(7.1%),呼吸系统药物1个(2.8%),神经系统用药5个(8.9%),内分泌用药15个(26.8%),抗感染药10个(17.8%),其他药物4个(7.1%)。

In 2017,FDA approved 35 new molecular entities（new molecular entity,NMEs） and 21 new biological agents（biologic license applications,BLAs）,which increased 155% compared with 22 in 2016. In accordance with the classification of drugs,anticancer drugs 17（30. 4%）,cardiovascular drugs 4（7. 1%）,respiratory medicine 1（2. 8%）,nervous system drugs 5（8. 9%）,endocrine drugs 15（26. 8%）,anti infective drugs 10（17. 8%）,other drugs 4（7. 1%）.
