摘要 蜂花粉富含多种活性成分,对机体具有重要的保健功能。但因其细胞外壁坚硬,影响了活性物质的溶出及利用。常用的破壁方法有物理破壁法、生物破壁法、化学破碎法等。就近几年蜂花粉破壁技术研究进展进行综述,为后续深入研究蜂花粉的生物活性提供参考。 Bee pollen is rich in a variety of active ingredients and has important health functions for the body. But the pollen has hard cell walls which affects the dissolution and utilization of active substances.Commonly, there are several kind methods which included physical cell wall discruption method, biological cell wall discruption method and chemical cell wall discruption method and so on.ln this paper, the ceil wall discruption method of bee pollen are summarized, in order to provide reference for further research on the biological activity of bee pollen.
