不同干草对秦川肉牛生长发育及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究不同干草对秦川肉牛生长发育及血液生化指标的影响。[方法]选取12头12月龄体重接近的健康秦川肉母牛,随机分为杂交高粱组(杂交高粱+全株青贮玉米+精料)、珍珠稷组(珍珠稷+全株青贮玉米+精料)、麦草组(麦草+全株青贮玉米+精料)、对照组(全株青贮玉米+精料),每组3头,于试验开始前和试验结束后分别测定数据,分析不同干草对秦川肉牛生长发育及血液生化指标的影响。[结果]杂交高粱组和麦草组平均日增重、采食量与增重比均显著高于其他2组(P<0.05);各试验组BUN水平均显著增高(P<0.01);珍珠稷组ALP水平显著增高(P<0.05);麦草组ALP水平显著增高(P<0.05)。[结论]用杂交高粱饲喂秦川肉牛效果最好,麦草次之,珍珠稷不适用于秦川肉牛生产。 [Objective]This study investigated the influence of different hay on growth and blood biochemical indices of Qinchuan cattle.[Method]A total of 12 Qinchuan cattle(12-month-old,without significant difference in weight)were randomly divided into sorghum hybrid group(hybrid sorghum +silage+ concentrate),pennisetum glaucum group(pennisetum glaucum +silage +concentrate),wheat straw group(wheat straw +silage+concentrate)and control group(silage+ concentrate),with 3 cows in each group.Data is collected at the beginning and the end of the experiment.[Result]The average daily weight gain and F/G of the hybrid sorghum group and the wheat straw group were significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P〈0.05).The content of BUN of all the groups were increased significantly(P〈0.01).Moreover,the content of ALP in pennisetum glaucum was increased significantly(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,the content of ALP in the wheat straw group was also increased significantly(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Feeding Qinchuan cattle with sorghum hybrid achieved the best results and then was wheat straw.Pennisetum glaucum is not suitable for the production of Qinchuan cattle.
