规模奶牛场奶产量对产犊间隔、体细胞数及乳成分的影响

摘要 现阶段国内大部分资料报道只是关于奶产量、乳成分、体细胞数等部分指标之间的关系,而且样本量不大。本研究以宁夏地区5个规模奶牛场为研究对象,收集整理了22 360头次奶牛的DHI测定数据,利用EXCEL软件和SPSS软件进行数据处理,比较了奶产量与产犊间隔、体细胞数及乳成分之间的关系。结果表明:随着奶产量的增加,产犊间隔没有显著变化(P>0.05);体细胞数逐渐增加;乳脂率、乳糖率逐渐下降;乳蛋白率没有明显变化趋势且各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过研究结果,使奶牛场从业人员更为准确地了解影响奶牛生产性能的因素,为奶牛场的生产及管理提供科学的依据,对规模奶牛场实施"测奶养牛",精准化饲养管理,提高奶牛群体生产性能、生鲜乳品质具有较好地指导意义。 At present,most of the domestic data report the relationship between milk production,milk composition,and somatic cell count(SCC),but the sample size of the data is not large.In this study,based on the 22,360 data of DHI from five dairy farms of Helanshan Dairy Company in 2012,using EXCEL software and SPSS software to compare the relationship between milk production and calving interval,somatic cell count,and milk composition.The results showed that:with the increase of milk production,calving interval did not change significantly(P〉0.05),SCC gradually increased,milk protein rate did not significant change,but the milk fat rate and lactose rate gradually decreased.And in this process,the differences between the groups were not significant(P〉0.05).These results can enable managers to more accurately understand the factors that affect the performance of dairy cows,thus providing a scientific basis for the production and management of cattle farms.This is of greater significance in guiding production and scientific research.The results showed that:milk production had no significant effect on calving interval(P〉0.05).With the increase of milk production,SCC were increased gradually;the milk fat rates were decreased,the milk protein rates andlactose rates were not change.
