山西玉米子粒含水率与机械粒收收获质量的关系分析 被引量:14

Analysis of Relationship Between Maize Grain Moisture Content and Quality of Mechanical Grain Harvest in Shanxi

摘要 2013~2014年在山西忻州开展适宜机械粒收品种的筛选和机械粒收技术示范,探讨玉米不同品种子粒含水率与子粒破碎率、杂质率以及产量损失率之间的关系。结果表明,破碎率、杂质率以及产量损失率均与子粒含水率存在显著正相关,子粒水分是影响机械粒收质量的重要因素。筛选子粒含水率低、产量水平高的瑞普959、德美亚3号、瑞普908和M753推荐为当地适宜粒收品种。 In order to popularize the technology of maize mechanical grain harvest in Shanxi Province. In 2013 and 2014, experiments about screening cultivars suitable for mechanical grain harvest were carried out in Xinzhou,Shanxi. The relationships between grain moisture content and grain breakage rate, impurity rate, and yield loss rate of different maize cultivars were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant positive correlations between grain moisture content and grain breakage rate, impurity rate, or yield loss rate. Grain moisture is an important factor affecting its quality of mechanical grain harvest. Finally, four cultivars, Ruipu 959, Demeiya 3, Ruipu 908,and M753, which had lower grain moisture content and higher yield, were selected as the suitable varieties of local mechanical grain harvest.
