黑龙江省玉米种子活力快速室内检测方法的建立 被引量:1

Developing of a Rapid Detection Method in Room for Maize Seeds Vigor in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 结合黑龙江省地温变化规律,以30份发芽率在20%~100%的玉米杂交种种子为试验材料,以田间出苗率作为种子真实活力值,设64个变温处理组合,室内检测种子发芽率作为活力值,分析二者之间的相关性,并建立适合黑龙江省玉米种子活力快速室内测定方法。结果表明,采用10℃处理5d后再25℃处理5d的变温处理组合获得的参试材料种子活力值与田间种子活力值存在极显著正相关(r=0.95),该组合处理在参试组合中测定周期最短,是种子活力快速检测的适宜方法。 The seeds of thirty maize hybrids, which germination rate ranging from 20% to 100%, were planted in the field and the field seedling emergence rates were obtained as the real vigor value. Combining the changes of ground temperature in Heilongjiang province obtained in the previous research, sixty-four variable temperature treatments combinations were used to test the seeds vigor in room. Correlation analysis between the seed real vigor and each tested-vigor value in room was applied to select the most suitable test condition for rapid seed vigor detection method. The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between the seed tested-vigor results in room and the real vigor in field when the seeds was treated for 5 days at 10℃ and followed by 5 days at 25℃, thus the treatment combination for seed germination was denoted as a rapid seed vigor measurement method.The correlation coefficient was 0.95 between the real and measured seed vigor values when analyzed all the hybrids with this treatment combination. Therefore, this treatment combination with the shortest time among all treatments was the appropriate method of seed vigor measurement.
