输电线路智能等电位平台的研制与应用

摘要 为降低输电线路带电作业安全风险和劳动强度,并解决外转大角度耐张杆塔作业人员无法安全地进入电场的相关技术问题进行了研究。提出了研究了一种单点悬挂风车式等电位作业方法,并研制了一种用于承载电力维修人员上塔后到达指定维修点并返回的输电线路智能等电位平台,输电线路耐张智能出线装置研究对解决目前单一的出线飞车、作业平梯等作业工具有重要意义,有效减少了作业人员的危险性,容易发生掉落等,提高输电线路耐张智能出线装置的健康水平,延长设备寿命,减少设备更新的投资。现场实践表明,新方法和新器具的应用达到了预期目标,顺利完成了带电作业任务。 In this paper to reduce the transmission line between the safety risk and the intensity of labor,and solve the outer large Angle tension tower homework personnel cannot safely into the electric field of the related technical problems were studied. Proposed a single point of suspension was studied the windmill equipotential method,and developed a kind of used to carry electricity maintenance personnel to maintenance station and return after the tower of the transmission line potential platforms such as intelligent transmission line tension intelligent outlet device research to solve the single line speed,homework assignments tools such as horizontal ladder is important,effectively reduce the risks of operating personnel,prone to drop,increase health level intelligent wire tension device of transmission lines,extend the service life of equipment,reduce equipment investment. The field practice shows that the new method and the application of the new appliance meet the expected target,and the charged task is completed smoothly.
