摘要
CT灌注成像(CT perfusion,CTP)经过计算机的后处理既能显示形态学改变,又能分析功能学变化,为蛛网膜下腔出血(Subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)的诊断带来新的途径。CTP借助不同参数的特异变化对SAH后的脑血管痉挛(Cerebral vasospasm,CVS)及迟发性脑缺血(Delayed cerebral ischemia,DCI)的预测、诊断、疗效监测、临床治疗决策的选择产生积极的作用。
CT perfusion(CTP) imaging after computer post-processing can show morphological changes and help us analyze functional changes. It brings a new way for the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). CTP imaging with the help of the specific changes of different parameters have a positive effect on the diagnosis of CVS, the prediction of DCI, efficacy monitoring and clinical treatment decisions.
