国内外装配式建筑技术体系发展综述

Summary on the Technology System of Fabricated Buildings at Home and Abroad

装配式建筑是国家重点发展的战略性绿色产业,是建筑工业化的重要组成部分。它具有标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工、一体化装修、信息化管理等特征,是建造方式的重大根本性变革。本文对国内外主要装配式建筑技术体系进行归纳总结,通过分析其各自的特点和发展方向,对国内装配式建筑技术发展提出建议。

As an important part of the industrialization of building and the strategic green industry,fabricated building is vigorously developed in our country.It has the characteristics of standardized design,industrialized production,fabricated construction,integrated decoration,informational management,etc.Thus,the fabricated building is a major fundamental change of the construction mode.The main technology system of fabricated buildings at home and abroad is introduced in this paper.Through the summary of their respective characteristics and development directions,some suggestions are put forward for the technology development of fabricated buildings in the future in China.
