摘要
ABS树脂由于其优异的性能,在各个领域都具有十分广泛的应用。实验探究了辐照前后抗氧剂168和626对ABS材料的色差、力学性能、断裂形貌和热性能的影响。采用医疗用品辐照灭菌剂量设定传统剂量,在25 k Gy的辐照剂量下,色差结果显示,当抗氧剂168的添加量为0.9份时,抗氧剂626的添加量为0.7份时效果较好,且抗氧剂168对ABS材料的耐辐照变色效果要优于抗氧剂626。力学性能结果表明,辐照后材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度上升,弯曲强度下降,但材料的整体力学性能变化不大。扫描电镜结果显示,ABS材料的缺口冲击断裂面较粗糙,具有明显的韧性断裂。与辐照前相比,材料的玻璃化转变温度变化较小,热稳定性能略有增加。
Due to its excellent performance,ABS was widely used in the varieties of fields. It was designed experiment by exploring different antioxidant effect on the properties of ABS. Effects of different quantity of antioxidant 168 and 626 on color difference, mechanical properties, fracture morphology, thermal properties were studied. Traditional dose setting idea of medical product was used. Under the irradiation dose of 25 kGy , it was wonderful to resistance to radiation effect when single adding 0. 9 phr antioxidant 168 or 0. 7 phr antioxidant 626. Tensile strength and impact strength rised, bending strength went down. As it could be seen from the sem image, impact fracture morphology showed gap for ductile fracture. Compared to before irradiation, the glass transition temperature of the material had a little change, the thermal stability of the material was increased.
