摘要
在填料有机纳米蒙脱土(OMMT)含量不变的条件下,采用挤出成型的方式,制备了UHMW-PE/OMMT复合材料。分析了不同含量的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MAH)作为相容剂对复合材料耐热性的影响,并通过多元共聚反应型SW600相容剂和偶联剂KH560处理填料,分析了其对复合材料耐热性的影响。实验结果表明,在OMMT添加量一定的条件下,随着HDPE-g-MAH含量的增加,复合材料的热变形温度、维卡软化温度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,当HDPE-g-MAH含量达到3%时,复合材料的热变形温度与维卡软化温度达到最大,分别为133.1℃与135.2℃。使用SW600相容剂或偶联剂KH560处理填料虽然也能够提高复合材料的热变形温度与维卡软化温度。但是,HDPEg-MAH作为相容剂,能够有效提升复合材料的耐热性。
The UHMW-PE/OMMT composite was prepared by extrusion molding under the certain content of OMMT. The influence of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (HDPE-g-MAH) with different content as compatibilizer on heat resistance of composites was analyzed. The influence of muhicomponent copolymerization compatibilizer SW600 and coupling agent KH560 on the heat resistance of composites was also compared. The experimental results showed that the thermal deformation temperature and the vicat softening temperature increased first and then decreased with the increase of HDPE-g-MAH under the certain content of OMMT. When the content of HDPE-g-MAH reached 3% , the thermal deformation temperature and the vicar softening temperature reached the maximum, which were 133. 1 ℃ and 135.2 ℃ , respectively. Although the thermal deformation temperature and the vicar softening temperature of composite could be improved by using SW600 as compatibilizer or treating filler with coupling agent KH560. The use of HDPE-g-MAH as compatibilizer was the most significant improvement in the thermal resistance of composite.
