摘要
采用空间限域强制组装法制备了筛网-聚丙烯/碳纤维导电复合材料,研究了复合材料的导电性能、力学性能和导电网络的形态变化,并与共混法及无筛网聚丙烯/碳纤维导电复合材料进行对比分析。结果表明,空间限域强制组装法可以得到密实有效的导电网络,当碳纤维填充量达到阈渗值后,复合材料的电导率成数倍甚至成数量级的提高。无纺布筛网使复合材料的屈服应力提高了3~4倍,电导率最大提高幅度约42.32%。
The polypropylene/carbon fibers composite with bolting cloth was prepared by a novel method of spatial confining forced network assembly (SCFNA). The conductive properties, mechanical properties and the morphological changes of the conductive network were studied, and the comparison and analysis were made between the mixed method and the non-sieve polypropylene/carbon fiber conductive composite materials. As to our recent research, compared with conventional compounding method, the electro-conductive properties of the composite prepared by above mentioned method could be enhanced up to several times, or even orders of magnitudes. The non-woven cloth sieve made the yield stress of composite materials 3-4 times and the conductivity was up by about 42.32%.
