摘要
针对开关磁阻电机(SRM)引入位置传感器导致系统复杂,全周期不饱和电感方法因磁链饱和导致检测位置不准的问题,提出基于特殊电感SRM无位置控制方法。在电机运行中,对非导通相注入高频脉冲,计算各相电感随时间变化率的最小值来检测特殊电感位置点,根据相邻两个特殊电感位置点估算电机转速,继而得到并更新电机转子位置。最后在该方法基础上分析电感不对称情况下估计转子位置的策略。仿真和实验验证表明,在电机运行过程中可以精确估计出转子的位置,验证方法的有效性。
In view of the complication of the switched reluctance motor(SRM) system,the saturation of the magnetic circuit and the inaccuracy of the detection of the position when position sensor is applied, a new SRM control method for sensorless based on inductance special positions is proposed.When operating, high frequency pulse is injected to the non-conducting phase of the motor,the minimum of the rate of change of inductance is calculated to detect the special position of inductance.The motor speed is estimated by the time interval between two adjacent points and the position of the rotor is then updated.Finally, the strategy of rotor position is analysed when the inductance is symmetrical. Simulation and experiment results verify the accuracy of position estimation and the effectiveness of the method.
