摘要
虽然基于LC串联谐振变换器的高压电源研究己经相对成熟,但在高压大功率方面仍存在一些不足,为了得到更适合高频、高压、大功率电源的拓扑结构,研究了具有多谐振过程的LCC串并联谐振变换器,对LCC谐振变换器的两种工作方式进行了详细分析,建立了LCC谐振变换器的统一等效模型,推导了其稳态时的数学时域表达式,分别绘制了工作于电流断续模式DCM1和DCM2两种模式下的状态变量轨迹图,并分析得到适合LCC谐振电路的控制方式,给出了仿真波形,搭建了电子束焊机-60 kV/6 kW高压电源样机,给出了实验结果,验证了分析的可行性。
Although the study of high voltage power supply series resonant converter based on LC has been relatively mature, but there are still some shortcomings in high voltage and high power. In order to get the topology structure which is more suitable for high frequency and high voltage power supply, the multi resonance process of LCC series parallel resonant converter is researched.The two operating modes of the LCC converter are analyzed in detail.The unified equivalent model of the LCC resonant converter is established and the mathematical time-domain expression of the steady-state converter is derived.The trajectory diagram of state variables under two different modes,discontinuous current mode DCM1 and DCM2,is plotted respectively,and the control mode suitable for LCC resonant circuit is analyzed and obtained.The simulation waveforms are given,and a prototype of-60 kV/6 kW high voltage power supply for electron beam welder is built.Experimental results are given to verify the feasibility of the analysis.
