基于升压变换器拓扑结构的电压控制策略 被引量:1

摘要 传统电压源变换器存在交流输出电压不能超过直流母线电压要对其增加额外的变换器,降低变换效率、上/下桥臂不能同时导通等问题,导致其应适用面窄。之后提出的Z源变换器虽可解决直流母线电压过低、死区插入引起的电流畸变问题,但存在电流不连续、升压电路复杂等缺陷。而新提出的拓扑结构继承了Z源变换器各个优点的同时,减少了无源元件的数量,并加了电感续流,使其输入电流保持连续。此处在该新拓扑的基础上,对直流母线电压加了闭环控制,稳定其直流母线电压,增大了该拓扑结构的适用范围。 Traditional voltage source inverter alternating current output voltage cannot exceed direct current bus voltage expect its extra converter, conversion efficiency is low, upper and lower bridge arm cannot conduction at the same time.These reasons will result traditional voltage in narrow applicable.After that,Z source inverter is proposed.It can resolve some problem.Such as direct current bus voltage is too low,the current distortion caused by death zone insert. But its also exist in current defects such as discontinuous, and the complex of booster circuit.The proposed topology structure can not only have various advantages of Z source inverter at the same time,but also reduce the number of passive components, gain the inductance stream and make its keep continuous input current. On the basis of this new topology,now presents a closed-loop control for direct current bus voltage,which stabilizes the voltage of bus,and increases the application scope of this topological structure.
