摘要
针对表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)在使用I/F启动控制策略启动时转速波动大、电流不可控的问题,提出一种转矩角闭环启动方法。通过瞬时功率估算出的转矩角,构建转矩角闭环调节系统,利用转矩角误差调节器调节电流矢量幅值,使系统始终工作在类似于最大转矩电流比特性状态。采用该方法可提高电机的抗负载扰动性能,减小电机在启动过程中的转速波动,同时能够提高电流的利用率,降低能量损耗。最后,通过实验验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
In order to solve the problems in the I/F control method of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM),such as speed fragility and fixed current amplitude, a torque angle closed-loop startup method is proposed.Torque angle closed-loop regulation system is constructed by the torque angle estimated by the instantaneous power.Amplitude of the current vector is adjusted by the torque angle error regulator, so that the system always operates in the state which is similar to the maximum ratio of torque to current condition.This method can improve the anti-load disturbance ability, reduce the speed fluctuation of the motor during the startup process, improve the utilization of current and reduce the energy loss.Finally, experimental results verify the proposed method is effective and feasible.
