丹红注射液对血液透析患者凝血功能及炎症因子的影响

Effect of Danhong Injection on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in hemodialysis patients

目的观察丹红注射液对血液透析患者凝血功能及炎症因子的影响。方法将60例维持性血液透析患者分为对照组(n=30,常规治疗2周)和治疗组(n=30,常规治疗+丹红注射液治疗2周)。比较治疗前后患者血清清蛋白、血浆纤维蛋白原、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白(Apo)A1和ApoB、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体、Von Willebrand因子(vWF)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化。结果治疗组治疗2周后血D-二聚体、vWF、hs-CRP较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论在维持性血液透析患者中,应用丹红注射液可以有效逆转血栓性凝血现象和内皮损伤,减轻炎症因子表达,且具有较好的安全性。

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong Injection on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty cases of maintenance hemodialysis were divided into the control group（n=30,conventional therapy for 2 weeks）and treatment group（n=30,routine treatment plus Danhong Injection for 2 weeks）.The levels of serum albumin,plasma fibrinogen concentration,cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,lipoprotein Apo A1 and ApoB,fibrinogen,D-dimer,vWF and hs CRP were compared between before and after treatment.Results The levels of D-dimer,hs-CRP and vWF after 2-week treatment in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the patients with maintenance hemodialysis,using Danhong Injection can effectively reverse thrombotic coagulation phenomenon and endothelial injury,alleviates e inflammatory factor expression,and has good security.
